Incident: Francesco tripped and fell in his driveway, cutting his chin open.
“AMAZING! I called the office on a Sunday morning. The receptionist answered right away and was so helpful and reassuring. She said I could text photos to have the doctor review to see if stitches were even necessary before wasting my time and having my son sit in an ER for no reason. Within a few minutes, I received a call back from her with such specific details about where to go and what time to arrive and that the hospital was already aware we were coming and waiting for us. I walked into the ER with low expectations and was blown away when I gave them my name and the said, “Yes, we received a call you were coming and we’re all set”. Dr. Ruotolo was in contact with me while we were waiting for her arrival and she talked me through every step that was going to happen. I felt like a super VIP and my son did amazing. We were in and out in 90 minutes, which I think is unheard of! Such comfort in knowing I can count on them in the future.”
