“Amazing experience. Kristen [the call care coordinator] was so great from the second I called. She walked me through everything and kept me calm. Dr. Christy was at the hospital and was calm and able to keep my son calm. I can’t say enough good things. I am so grateful for you guys. We didn’t have to wait long. The E.R. was expecting us. The process was so easy and relatively quick. Thank you again.”
