Joey, Age 5
Incident: Joey was at his grandma’s house when he tripped and fell, hitting his head on a sharp corner.
“Being the ‘Mimi’, this was a horrific experience for me when my grandson fell on my ‘watch’ and very obviously would need stitches. My daughter sent me the phone number for Dr.STITCH (from a cruise ship!) An amazing woman, Amy, answered my call and immediately knew how to calm the scenario down. From the time Amy took over, I had a distinct direction and was able to deal with what had to done. Within 10 minutes, Amy called me back with the name of the hospital to go to and the name of the Dr. that would be attending Joey. Dr. Rojas was absolutely amazing! Thank you Dr.STITCH! What an amazing organization! I am sharing their phone number with all my friends and family!”
