Incident: Elaina sustained a nasal laceration after falling in the bathroom and needed stitches.
“We were scared, worried and didn’t know what to do. Our doctor’s first words were, “Call Dr.STITCH.” We were consulted immediately both via text and voice, making everything amazingly easy. Within 5 minutes of calling, we were told to meet the plastic surgeon at the hospital in 30 minutes. Dr. Cuzzone couldn’t have been any more professional, compassionate, and perfect to walk our Elaina through the entire process. She didn’t cry the entire experience and was super excited to receive her rainbow unicorn sticker in the end! Thank you again to Dr. Cuzzone and to Jenny who coordinated all the logistics with the hospital. All we had to do was show up, it was clockwork with no surprises. Just a phenomenal experience all around and highly recommend this service to anyone who is in this unfortunate situation.”
